Client Inquiry is the primary tool used to lookup client information or details. It displays all client or matter related information in a simple, easy-to-use interface. View contact information, year and life-to-date balances, aging, and a history of time, disbursement, trust, and accounts receivable transactions.

Each tab displays details on corresponding time, disbursements, trust, and accounts receivable transactions and balances. Details can be view or printed and you can drilldown on any entry to view more information on the entry.

Once you've set up your contacts you can assign them to clients or matters. Using the customizable types and roles in the contact manager, you'll easily be able to identify their role on a file.

ESILAW handles both open and closed client files. When you close a client you can produce a closed file number for reference as well as closed reports. If you need to view the details on a closed client you can do so without having to re-open the client. Clients that are re-opened also restore the original details and ledger history so you don't lose any associated information.
