ESILAW's time tracking features help you track and record time with minimal effort and maximum flexibility. Easily create new entries, edit existing ones, or delete entries that are no longer needed. Mark entries as billable or non-billable, use customizable timekeeper rates or default client rates, enter time with flat fees, and check spelling with the integrated spell checker. To speed up time entry select from user-defined alpha or numeric time codes or set up your own custom narratives.

Capture More Time Using the Timer

ESILAW's integrated timer helps you capture more time. The timer can be set to start whenever a client is selected and paused or stopped as required. Easily switch between entries making use of the timer to maximize captured time.

Timetracker Remote

Timetracker Remote offers time and expense tracking functionality to users who work remotely or are frequently out of the office. Captured time and expenses can be forwarded to the office by e-mail or transferred on the local network when you reconnect.

Time Import

Time can be imported into ESILAW from third party applications such as Amicus Attorney by using the Remote Time Update feature. Remote Time Update allows you to manually import time or set a scheduled import that runs in the background.

Task-based Billing

ESILAW allows use of UTBMS codes for task-based billing and activity entries. You can enter time using task-based codes meeting compliance with industry standard task-based billing.
