ESILAW's retainer features help you manage client retainers and process retainer related transactions such as receipts and bill payments with ease. When you receive retainer funds from clients you can automatically print a receipt for your client and a corresponding bank deposit slip.

Apply Retainers to Bills or Invoices

When creating a bill you can use retainers to pay them immediately. You can also apply retainers to bills when you're receiving the retainer and applying it to the client or matter.

Automatic Retainer Replenishment

ESILAW's automatic retainer replenishment feature lets you specify a Minimum Retainer Balance on a client file. When you bill the client ESILAW automatically determines if a retainer needs to be replenished and adds it your client's bill.

Client Retainer Ledger and Reports

The Client Ledger displays client retainer balances and a complete history of all retainer transactions. You can print retainer ledger history as well as additional client reports that display client retainer history and balances.
