Adding a New Contact

A phone call comes in and it's a new contact related to a case you've been working on. Since you've got the contact on the phone, simply open up Contacts in ESILAW, fill in the contact information, and link the contact to your client or matter.

That contact information will now flow throughout ESILAW, through calendar, reports and elsewhere. Not only that, contacts will be easily identifiable because of the contact type and role fields, which are customizable by you. Simple, efficient, and exactly what you need.

As you can see, ESILAW is designed to be the only organized and cohesive system you need to run the entire firm.
