The Information Sheet displays contact information and all settings such as tax information, assigned lawyers, conflict information,  limitation dates and My Fields entries on client files.  

 

For firms operating in Canada, the report also provides details on client identification and verification status.  This report is ideal for attaching to a client’s file folder.

  1. Print the Information Sheet either for a range of Client file numbers or for a range of File opening dates.  To print the Information Sheet for a single client/matter, enter the same file number in the From and To fields.

  2. Click View image\view20x20.gif to display the report on screen or click Print image\print20x20.gif to send it to your printer.
