Entering conflict of interest information

 

Simplified menu - Click Daily Activities, Clients and Matters

Standard menu - Click Clients and Contacts, Clients

Classic menu - Click File Maintenance, Clients

  1. Select the client/matter the conflict party is associated with, then click the Conflict of Interest tab at the top of the screen.  Existing conflict parties relating to the client/matter will display in the grid at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Enter the conflict of interest party’s Last and First name.

  3. Enter the conflict party’s Position; for example, Director, Owner or Shareholder.

  4. Enter the conflict party’s Address and Telephone number.

  5. (Optional) Enter Notes on the conflict of interest party.

  6. There are two types of conflict information records: enter O for opposing party and C for client.

  7. Click Save image\save20x20.gif.
