Clients and Matters


Use the Clients and Matters screen to open new clients/matters, edit existing files, delete files and re-open files.  This screen displays all information on clients/matters with the exception of transaction details.  Use it to edit information such as the file address, responsible lawyer, area of law, and billing settings.  From this screen you can also view and organize e-mail related to your clients/matters, enter information in custom fields, and manage client-related documents and other files.  Watch a tutorial on opening new clients and matters.
