The following terms and conditions apply to the 60-day money back guarantee.

1. Guarantee is limited to ESILAW and ESI applications.

a. Third party product guarantees and return policies are subject to policies set by the vendors. Third party vendors include, but are not limited to Print Audit, Quickfile 4Outlook, and Factor Forms.

2. New orders requiring data conversions are not eligible for the guarantee.

a. In the case where a data conversion from a third party appplication is required the guarantee is not available. Due to associated costs, all payment for software, conversion fees, and any related products or services is non-refundable.

3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. If software has been shipped all original CDs, DVDs, and related materials must be return prior to ESI issuing a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply to shipped orders.
