Referrals are accepted for new customers only or firms that are not existing ESILAW users and have not purchased ESILAW in the past. The sale cannot originate from an existing client that is upgrading, adding additional licenses, or purchasing add-ons. The referral must convert to a sale by close of business March 31st, 2012 to be eligible for the draw. Multiple referrals can be submitted by an individual and each referral that turns into a new customer sale will count as one entry in the draw. ESILAW partners are not eligible to participate. One winner will be drawn to win the iPad 2. iPad 2 model is 32GB model in black or white and may be subject to change based on availability. Data plan is not included. Prize may differ from picture.
